The Den was a residential ancillary building at Shellow Farm and it was used as a games room and for domestic storage space. Hayes and Partners gained planning consent to convert he existing building to create a new dwelling with 2 bedrooms and an open plan living space. The conversion scheme included a 30% extension of the new dwelling during construction which was obtained to extend the open plan living space.
