Hayes and Partners obtained planning consent for the conversion of the existing barns and outbuildings at Lowndes Farm to form three new dwellings in 2014. This application included the change of use of agricultural land to create 10m deep resident gardens to the rea of the existing buildings and detached garages.

Hayes and Partners then obtained a Certificate of Lawfulness for house extensions and a detached garage for the farmhouse.

A scheme was developed for the replacement of all four dwellings with the volume of the existing and approved buildings spread across the site. The planning application was submitted before the conversion scheme was implemented.

Planning consent was granted for the four replacement dwellings in June 2016.
