In 2010 Hayes and Partners gained planning consent for the change of use of an existing commercial building to a new dwelling at Tree Tops Nursery.  The change of use was not fully implemented and the site was sold with planning permission.

In 2014, Hayes and Partners were appointed to develop designs for a replacement dwelling on the site.  Cheshire East accepted this application for a replacement dwelling, before the conversion to residential was implemented.
