Once Hayes & Partners have produced survey drawings, we use these as a basis for our design proposals and present sketch options to you. Once you have confirmed a preferred route, we will develop proposals which we will review with you, at which stage it may be necessary to incorporate minor amendments to reflect your requirements.
If your application involves a Listed Building, or is in a Conservation Area, you may need to appoint a Historic Buildings Consultant to produce a Heritage Statement and Impact Assessment to support the proposals. We usually obtain quotations for this and then appoint a specialist on your behalf.
If your project involves a building of significant historical interest you may need to discuss proposals with, and obtain support from, Historic England (formerly English Heritage). We would manage this process for you, if required.
