Hayes and Partners obtained planning consent for a single storey dwelling in lieu of existing stables and domestic outbuildings in open countryside.

The new dwelling is modest in design and size as it could be no larger than the existing buildings it will replace.

The living spaces are located at the front of the house to take advantage of the stunning views to the front of the house and give garden access to the rear.
