Finalist – Northern Design Awards 2021

Hayes and Partners are delighted to announce that they are finalists in the 2021 Northern Design Awards – Best Architectural Practice.
Approval has been granted for a single storey rear extension in place of an existing outrigger. The extension has an open plan kitchen/living space, which connects to the existing dining room, and a utility room. A new outbuilding to accommodate a hot tub was also approved.
