Hayes and Partners is a long-established award winning architectural practice based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, founded in 1937. We are an RIBA Chartered Practice with a team of RIBA-qualified chartered architects, architectural assistants and senior designers, offering a wealth of knowledge to help guide clients through their projects. A thriving architectural practice working in the private sector in the North West, including Macclesfield, Prestbury, Knutsford, Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Mobberley, Congleton, Chester, Adlington, Goostrey, Stockport, Bramhall and Buxton, as well as other areas in Cheshire, Staffordshire, High Peak, Derbyshire and Greater Manchester. We serve private individuals and developers; people wanting to maximise the potential of their properties, others wanting to improve or extend their homes and farmers wanting to convert agricultural buildings. Currently, our clients’ budgets currently range from £100,000 to £2.5m. This year our work included replacement dwellings, conversions, affordable housing and house extensions. Our area of influence spans the Green Belt, open countryside and the Peak District.
