Hayes and Partners gained a Certificate of Lawfulness for a home office/leisure suite in the rear garden of a farmhouse.

The scheme was designed to sit low to reduce its visual impact within the landscape, with a green zinc. The building is curved so that every room took advantage of the expansive views of the countryside and hills beyond.
