site for new dwelling for support of equestrian use

Hayes and Partners have obtained planning consent for a dwelling to support the equestrian business use for Davenport Stables at Arclid Farm.

The house was designed to appear as a traditional Cheshire farm dwelling from the front, with contemporary materials and large areas of glazing to the rear.

The development site falls within the Jodrell Bank Radio Telescopes Consultation Zone, however the animal welfare issues outweighed the potential impact on the telescopes.
